Selection of the Egg Donor

Search & Assignment of the Surrogate Mother
A meticulous and structured selection process is carried out to identify the ideal gestational candidate, who must meet strict legal, medical, psychological, and diagnostic requirements. Special attention is given to the psychological evaluation to ensure emotional stability and full understanding of the journey.
Semen Deposit or Shipment
The patient provides the semen sample directly at the clinic. If genetic material is stored elsewhere, we coordinate its transfer through a specialized cryogenic transport service. If using the patient's own material is not possible, donor sperm can be used.
Ovarian Stimulation, Egg Retrieval & Fertilization
The selected donor undergoes controlled hormonal stimulation, monitored through ultrasounds and blood tests. The eggs are retrieved through a minimally invasive procedure, then transferred to the embryology laboratory and fertilized. Embryos are cultured until they reach the optimal stage for transfer or cryopreservation.
Embryo Transfer
Once the embryo reaches the optimal stage, it is transferred into the uterus of the gestational carrier through a quick, painless, and minimally invasive procedure using ultrasound-guided catheter placement. The gestational carrier is previously prepared with a targeted hormonal protocol.
Beta hCG Test – Pregnancy Confirmation
Approximately 10 days after the embryo transfer, the gestational carrier undergoes a blood test to measure Beta hCG. A positive result indicates that the pregnancy has begun. The result is often repeated after 48 hours to ensure hormone levels are rising appropriately.
Amparo Process – Court Ruling & Legal Protection
Once the pregnancy is confirmed, the Amparo process begins — a formal legal procedure leading to an official Court Ruling that authorizes the intended parents to continue the surrogacy process in Mexico. A detailed contract between intended parents and gestational carrier is signed, establishing legal parentage at birth.
Pregnancy Monitoring & Ultrasounds
Throughout the pregnancy, the gestational carrier receives continuous medical monitoring including regular standard ultrasounds to assess fetal growth, amniotic fluid levels, and fetal position. Detailed morphological ultrasounds evaluate the development of the baby's organs and structures.
Birth in a Private Hospital
The delivery takes place in a high-quality private hospital with private rooms, ensuring maximum safety and comfort. Within two or three days after birth, the baby receives a birth certificate issued exclusively in the names of the intended parents, with no reference to the gestational carrier.
